Meet The Team Melissa Korch Orthodontics in Hershey, PA

Practice Administrator

I love working with the terrific team at Korch Orthodontics, and I enjoy seeing all of the patients’ smiles and their excitement when they get their braces off! I have a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from St. Francis University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Penn State University. 

My husband, Jason, and I live in Palmyra with our two daughters, Alaina and Alyse. In my free time I enjoy cooking and reading, and enjoy going to Hershey Bears games, and traveling to Maine every summer on family vacations.

I am excited to be a team member with Korch Orthodontics. I worked in general dentistry for 27 years before making the switch to orthodontics several years ago. Working with this fantastic team to give our patients a smile they are proud of is very rewarding. Our patients are the best and getting to know them makes me smile every day. 

I have been married for over 35 years and have two children and five grandchildren. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with all my grandchildren here and at our home in Florida.

I have over 35 years of experience working in the dental field, and really appreciate the great team here at Korch Orthodontics! I enjoy spending a lot of time outdoors – fishing, and attending my daughter’s track meets. I also like to read, puzzle and enjoy time with my husband Ron, our two daughters Liz and Delaney, and our dog and two cats.

With 10 years of experience managing a family-owned restaurant in Hershey, I bring strong organization, a love for people, and a commitment to excellent service. Helping others achieve their health goals—and seeing their confident smiles—is the best part of my day! I live in Marietta, where I enjoy hiking, kayaking, arts and crafts, and time with my long-term partner and our three rescue cats (including one special girl who needs a bit of extra care).

Orthodontic Assistant

I have worked in the Dental field for over 15 years and graduating from the YTI Dental Assisting program in 2012. I enjoy interacting with our patients. I am a mom to three sons and have many pets, including cats, a dog, ball pythons, a bearded dragon and a crested gecko! In addition to taking care of all of my pets, I love to craft with my cricut machine and resin art.

Orthodontic Assistant

Heather started her journey in orthodontics in 2009 after earning her dental assistant certification from LV Dental Assisting School in Allentown, PA. She’s also CPR certified and holds her PA Radiology certification.

In her free time, Heather loves reading, relaxing, and sharing laughs with her family.

Orthodontic Assistant

I have worked in the Dental field for three years. I recently moved to Hershey and enjoy reading, listening to music and learning to cook. I love helping those who feel self-conscious about their teeth to feel comfortable with a beautiful smile.

I love being part of the team at Korch Orthodontics and seeing all the beautiful, happy smiles of our patients! 

When I’m not working, I enjoy lots of family time with my husband RJ and our children, Lyle and Ayda. I also enjoy photography and coaching and playing volleyball.

Orthodontic Assistant

I have worked for two years in the dental field, I attended Lebanon County Career and Technology school and am currently pursuing my Dental Assisting degree at Central Penn College. I love to work in healthcare and enjoy the independence that we have in orthodontics.

My husband and I enjoy spending time with our son and two golden retrievers. I enjoy working out in my free time.

I’ve worked in the Dental field for over 30 years as a Dental Assistant and Office Manager. I enjoy working here with a caring and respectful team, and I have the pleasure of seeing many great smiles while at work!

My husband and I have three married children and one grandson! When I’m not working I enjoy gardening, painting, traveling, and spending time with my friends and family.
